I'm Still Important Collection

So many individuals with a disability often feel overlooked, ashamed, or straight up ignored, especially when their disability is an "invisible" disability.
Being visually impaired I often get the classic "well you don't look disabled". This can have serious effect on a persons self worth. To combat this I have created the I'm Still Important Collection. A line of clothing with embroidered upon it the words I'm Still Important in braille. This has a tactile feel so those wearing the item can read the words, or simply use it as a symbol to remind themselves that no matter the situation, they matter and they're important.
The I'm Still Important Collection also ties into the I CAN collection, read bellow for more information on that.

This collection is for everyone, while similar to I'm Still Important, I CAN, aims to change the mindset of the wearer. So many are held back by being told they cant do something, and when you're told enough, you believe it.
Changing the can't into a can isn't always easy, but simply trying is the first step, more times than not, achieving any goal you've set can be achieved with a little belief in yourself, that is the aim for the I CAN collection. The words I CAN'T with the 'T crossed out, changing the can't into a can, are printed on the centre of the item sends out a strong message into the world that you, the wearer are determined and will find a way to achieve your goals.
